Old APEXi AVC-R & AFC

Question
I've just bought a 1995 STi type RA and it's got an AVC-R and AFC in the glove box. These are the old type. Does anyone know where I can get any info on setting them up properly.

Thanks, but the AVC-R is not the same as mine. Mine is more basic with a vol button a mode button and a power button, there are no led bars around the display.
