Apparently can. I've got one leak welded back. It is aluminum, so require inert gas weld, I was told. Much cheaper than buying a new one from the main dealer, after they told me it can't be fixed.

Edited to dealer said can't instead of can be fixed, and made me buy a new one.

It was only a small leak, less than half an inch across, so not sure if a bigger hole can be fixed.

Can the air-con rad be repaired?

It has started leaking near the top right corner.

as a vehicle air con engineer I can tell you that they can be repaired depending on size and location of damage, but the industry recomendation is that you do not repair them as this can cause a blockage and with 10-12 bar of pressure on the high side the free flow of gas around the condenssor is critical for system performance.
