hi there all,

hope someone can offer a newbie some advice...

Using s.e.c.s monitor and not sure what injector duration should be or exactly what it tells me, which is up to 16 'milliseconds'. Keeping an eye on boost, coolant temps, knock sensor etc...

???????

It is how long the injector is open for. This will vary with load on the engine. It is more meaningful if you can display injector 'duty cycle' ? ie the percentage of time the injector is open.
At 6000 rpm you have 20ms to inject fuel so if you are at 16ms then you are running 80% duty cycle which is about as far as you want to go whilst maintaining a decent safety margin.
