Question

is water injection worth it? can anyone tell me a bit more about it?

Well I had it on my old MR2 turbo and it certainly made a difference as proved on the rolling road. Mainly because it reduced the charge air temperature therefore helped to reduce detonation.

Put in a search for Water Injection and you will find a host of material.

In short though............Yes a good method of adding safety and also performance if mapped etc

I have had water injection on my scoob for three years with no problems,its more of a saftey thing than anything else to reduce temp and the chance of detination,good mod to have.
