How much is octane booster per tank / half tank of pertol on a MY95 import WRX and do you have to put alot in?

NF Octane Booster Costs between £12 and £16 per 300ml bottle and the advice on the bottle tells you to:

use 1ml per litre of fuel for everyday running or for performance and higher compression engines use 5ml per litre of fuel
Personally I stick in about a third of a bottle per tankful and seems about right
