Unhappy

I have just replaced the cylinder heads on a MY93 wrx and surpise surprise it wont start.The new cylinder heads are of a 95wrx which ive been told by two subaru mechanics will fit and work the same.I have double checked all electrical connectors and pipes. It just turns over very quickly and constantley without firing, it has fuel up , a spark andthe timing is spot on. Any help or suggestions please Thanks karl

Are you sure you have torqued the heads up correctly? I would do a compression test as if it is spinning very fast it sounds like it doesn't have any/enough.
