It seems like the PAS pump on my car is leaking very slightly. I don't think it's the usual "reservoir on the top" thing, as I have already put a new seal in it.

Is it usual for the pump itself to leak, and is there a set of seals from Subaru to overhaul the pump - and if so, is it worth it?
Maybe it's leaking a little round the pump shaft?

I will be changing the cambelt over the weekend, so it makes little difference to take another bit off!!

 

midland impreza told me they can recon the pumps, you could ring them and find out what parts you need.!!
