Squeaking steering wheel

Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem as me.Sqeaking from just behind the steering wheel,only seems to do it after about 30 min. MY 00 uk spec

Yep me .. MY00 also, was just thinking to myself as i reversed into the garage tonight i really need to try some silicon grease around where the shaft goes through the bulkhead.

Have tried that,but didn`t work had the horn ring replaced also but the squeak is still there

I've got a squeak in my computer too , but I reckon it's probably the mouse..........

me too but not all the time, seems to do it most when wet! really should lye upside down and have a look.
