Can anybody tell me the way to remove the rear silencer. Is it a matter of just removing the two bolts holding it to the rear pipe and will it need a new gasket on replacement?
Thanks,
Silverman.

Yep, just remove the two bolts and pop off hangers, 3 on MY97, a bit of wd40 will help there. Gasket may be reusable if not gasket sealant or buy a new one, have something ready just in case it's knackered.

Cheers
