Judder is a well known problem on the Scoob. I'm not technical but its something to do with the size / material of the clutch which is needed to handle the power - anyway, a full bore standing start should clean up the face of the clutch , which should help reduce the juddering.
They are also prone to judder when cold but get better as the clutch warms up.If these symptoms sound about right its nothing to worry about.
Loss of power could be down to anything - replacing parts may not help (and you'll spend a fortune). Best advise I can give is to try and have the problem diagnoised before buying any parts. (Did this with the wifes old car - spent a fortune on leads plugs etc- only for a AA man to find a loose wire )
