Thumbs up

In the service manual it states that u can use a special spray for the o2 sensor "SUBARU CRC" (P/N 004301003) Application 02 sensor.
but is that for cleaning or is it simply a thread lubricant(anti-seize)???

Lambda sensors keep themselves clean by being hot - any possible gunk is burned off. If the heater has burnt out, you need to change the sensor. If it's gummed up beyond what the heater can clean off, I don't think you want to trust the readings even if it can be cleaned off... they're sensitive little things
