I've been running my car now for a year now. (STI 5 Type R). Have had it on the Rolling road and Deltadashed 3 times.Thing is the Power seems about right 292ish but torque is at the 229-231 mark I thought this mark made @ 260ft/lbs. It does appear to have higher 4th and 5th gears, 165 mph on the clock. kinda confused

 

It all depends mate, i have seen a few P1's make exactly the same torque and power figures..

How many actual 205brake uk cars are there?? most of make more power than that IIRC... all cars differ

 

What fuel do you use?

Do you use an Octane booster?

What does the car boost to and how quick does the boost come in?

The car was on SUL. and booster on the rolling road 6 months ago.Now just on optimax.knock seems ok according to deltadash. Going to 0.9bar in 1st to 3rd then >1.0 in 4rth and 5th

 

Boost appears to be .1 down ??

I thought the same.

If boost isn't going up to what it should, but yet it is holding well to the redline, that MAY explain the slightly lower than expected torque, but decent power.

I'd also use a booster on an import IMHO, even with Optimax.
