My clips have broken off the windscreen runner and I have been told by my dealer that these can only be replaced when the windscreen is replaced - is this true or is he just fobbing me off ? need to do something cos the masking tape looks pants !

 

Hmm, I did mine without the windscreen being removed but you risk breaking it if you dont know what you are doing... autoglass may sort it for you.. or silicone sealer along the trim.. once you have got most of the old clip off then open door and clamp with a few G Clamps.. then leave it to dry.

They broke mine while fitting new screen they got me a new set and came back to fit them about 2 weeks later so no you can fit with screen in
