Having just been quoted over 200 quid for a replacement Heater Matrix from a main dealer, and about the same to get one fabricated, anyone know where I can get a new one cheaper?

I'm loath to try 2nd hand, becuase it would seem that the core suffers from electrolytic corrosion from bad earthing, and I have a nasty feeling that I'd fit a second hand one only to suffer the same fate again in a few months

Thumbs up

Ok, gave in bought a second hand one from Andy at Grade A on Thursday, arrived this morning now fitted...it looks like it was brand new! No staining or anything so I'm a happy bunny, thanks Andy

Also have removed Air bag wiring and passenger side Air bag, going to check the weight saved...but now I'm going to need a dash box lid from and Sti/WRX...how hum, it never ends
