Hey all, the power bolts holding the motor to the door losen over time and teh motor falls right out into the door area. What a crap design. When I took off the paneling due to my window no longer working I was shocked to see all 4 bolts sitting in the clear plastic and the motor laying at the bottom of the door. Fitted the bolts back and added some lock-tight to the bolts to make sure it doesn't happen again....couldn't Subaru just added some lock-tight or lock washers in the first place....how annoying.
