Been looking into a replacement DV (or should it be BOV) for my PPP'ed 02 WRX - not happy with some hesitation on hard driving through the gears and from a few postings think a replacement may help, VTA rather than recirculating.

Anyway, came across a 'MRT Hybrid Recirculating and VTA' job on the Jap Innovations web site. Following a couple of links I get to the actual manufacturer which is GFB (Go Fast Bits, www.gfb.com).

Wondered if anyone had tried this, had any thoughts on its quality - I like that it vents to atmosphere and does some recirculating to help fueling for idle and startup (apparently). Call me a tart but I like the whoosh type noise it should make as well!

Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations.

i have just fitted the gfb mach 1 bov! mine isnt the the same as that one but am very impressed so far! mine also has a spring tension adjustment so i can alter when it releases! if you require anymore info im sure i can point you to someone who deals with them! i got mine from evolution here in essex and im sure he would try to compete with most prices! there number is 01268 759600!
