I thought there are serveral different types:

MY92-96
MY97-00
STI7/8
MY01-03 (although I'm sure someone has used one from a classic on a bugeye!)

GGR do 5 types:

MY92-96
MY97-98
MY99-00
MY01-03
STI7/8

You need the later type QWS, which is the other way round. The JW Racing quickshift will suit most post 96 cars, is adjustable, and is made of solid ali and not a bit of welded threaded rod. will fit all cars including new age, excluding the six speed sti7 and 8.

hope this helps,
simon
