want to swap the nasty standard impreza steering wheel for a sti momo one, now they both have airbags, how easy is this to do and could I really do it myself???

 

Probably find that the connectors are different, mine were, but if they're the same its only a 2 min job m8.

 

I swapped mine recently MY97 standard Subaru one to a nice MOMO one....Connectors were different had to splice connector off old and solder onto new. Quite an easy job if your confident with the old iron. After a bit of research I have found out that the polarity of the wires doesn't matter (they are both yellow on the airbag).....BE VERY CAREFULL THOUGH apparently these things can kill you if they go off in yer face...disconnect your battery for at least an hour before doing anything....
