What are PFR7B's gapped to as standard?

Put some in when I had the service done but didn't check the gap. In the last two days when it has been freezing in the mornings the car is VERY jerky at intermittent periods, as though it is misfiring or someone is stamping on and off the brakes. Due to them being colder runing plugs I didn't know if these could be the source of the problem. Does it a little bit when warmer in the day but couldn't even drive to work the other day cause it was so jerky and didn't want to chance it.
Fueling is fine, does it at low and high revs, when warm and cold, when applying the throttle slowly and quickly.
What else could it be? Coils?

I think they are supposed to be gapped at 0.8mm out of the box.
However, it's worth checking them first, and re-gapping as required.
0.7mm seems to be the commonly used setting, from the various posts I've read on here in the last year or two...

It will cause unburnt fuel to be left in the cylinders on cruise as the plugs will not get hot enough to fire properly, despite the expense I would suggest taking them out, sooner or later they will foul and then the car will run rougher and not pull as well.
