.... as it says, it only seems to happen when i turn left anyone have any idea?

Have a similar problem!!! Only I know its the turbo timer rattling! So annoying, I just haven't sorted it out yet.
However, this doesn't really help you does it!
Where does the sound come from? loud or quiet???
is in the car? or external?

Question

Its a bit vague but it could be a cv joint that has worn, we would need to know which MY, model and mileage for a closer estimate of whats up.

Sorry should have said its a MY01 bugeye, 18months old, think its coming from thr drivers side but not to sure.

Easy to identify You're half a BMW driver which means you have some of the BMW DNA in your make up. This causes you to indicate 50% of the time (in your case left) hence the clicking

Id speak to Ian and see if it could be that the kit is catching when you turn your wheel to the left, it is probably something as simple as this
