hi guys.

ive got hold of a dump valve that come from Japan.
ive no idea what it is, but im not fussed.

anyway the question is....

on top of dump valve is adjusting screw.

when i got it, it sounded like a bailey, but when i wound it in, increased the tension on the spring, it fluttered.. mmmm

Can making the tension to strong, stop it dumping air and cause problems, cause i want it to flutter but to cause no damage.
