I have a query about service intervals on MY96 UK car. The sales manager told me that as long as the car hasnt covered so many miles between services that 6 months isnt a hard and fast rule for adhering to the service schedule. THey supplied me with a car which was 5 months since its last service- meaning as far as I can see it should be done 1 month after I bought it. Can anyone confirm (as I think) that whatever the mileage it should be done every 6 months.
