I have a 2002 WRX Wagon in Brazil and its all different from USA Subaru Model.
I think my car is the same as you have in UK but with LHD.
I want to know if your cars have a cat in the uppipe for the 2002 model???
All of the UK models have a uppipe with cat?
I bought a Scooby Sport Complete exhaust with uppipe but want to make sure there will be benefits,,cause the uppipe causes leaks and i am very afraid.

Tuca all the Euro spec models after MY00 have a pre-catalyst in the up pipe.
You will se some gains from the cat-less up pipe especially at spool-up times but if you are afraid about leakage put some exhaust paste to the gaskets after fitting.

All euro sccobys hava a precat in the uppipe aswell as a cat in the front/center pipe.
when changing the zorst you will want to get rid of both of them!
a scoobysports 'zorst shouldnt leak, you should replace all the gaskets e.t.c anyway but if it does i would take it to a good garage that could manipulate the flanges to make it fit...
