Whats the issue of putting a non return dump valve on my 97my impreza?????
Opposed to the standard one??????

 

Doing a search would give many threads on the topic. Basically if it vents to atmosphere the ECU thinks there's more air in the system than there really is and adds fuel which can lead to some nice flames out the back if you're running a decatted system.
