Removal of Vent/Console surround?? HELP!
#1
I need some help before I attack my dash with a plain screwdriver!
I need to get the ent and centre console surrounds off for spraying, but in one piece! Could do with some advice before I start I think.

Yes,yes I know...should be in interior but it'll be there for days un-answered(well maybe not days but..) just a wee while here...please....

Hi, i have a clasic so not sure about yours,
but the middle im sure was screw or two behind h brake in a storage
hole. gear **** screws off, remove a couple of blanking plate things either side at top of console, phillips screw behind, iirc, you can leave the tunes in, dissconnect wires from behind when ya pull the lot out, top bit with vents just pulls out, be carefull,
dissconect the havc from the air box at bottom behind console and from under dash inside glove box, its easier than takin them off from the main vents in the middle imho.
Hope it helps and not confused you, just out of bed, head still bubbled.
