Please, please, please can somebody help me.

I am attempting my ICE installation, so far it's going really well, at least it's easier to remove bits to make the installation really neat.

Anyway, I want to be able to remove the petrol flap switch, it is situated to the side of the drivers seat.
I have remove the steel screw under the plastic flap and also the plastic push screw. It seems the problem it removing the handle itself, anybody help?
