Can anyone give me a few pointers on whats involved in removing the front wings, do you have to take the door off?

 

no, you have to take the front wings off to take the doors off though!

There are a row of bolts down the top surface, hidden by the bonnet and then some more hidden behind the lights. (lights should be removed of course.

I seem to remember that the bumper has to come off as well, but I'm getting forgetful now.
