John I currently run a UK spec MY00 TURBO.

Please could you tell me what the turbo is on this model?

The main reason for this post is about dump valves !!!!
I know you have probably been asked a thousand times before

Whic is the better? My car has JR panel filter and Dawes Device, de cat centre and Scorpion B/B they are the only engine mods, I have the guages and meters to support the mods I have on the car.

I have changed the OE re circ valve, for an after market Forge VTA dump valve apart from the ppppssssssttttt you get when you change gears are there any other benifits or disadvantages.

I must admit, I do get a little bit fed up of the noise sometimes, as I drive through twisty bits every morning changing up and down the gears.

I have read through some other posts, you seem to give sound advice and are very knowlegable, pardon the spelling.

What would you advise please, staying with the Forge VTA or return to the OE recirc?

Cheers Guy, Its Steven here by the way got the AFR meter working, was the Lambda sensor knackered.
