Help with fitting lambda link

Need some help installing my lambdalink.Please remember I'm a DIY Frank Spencer so simple language please.This unit was removed from my old Type R.It has three leads,red,grey and black.The grey further up its length is spliced into two,one green and one white.

Red wire goes to live (switched live) Must be good source..
Black to Battery Earth
Green to Ecu pin out for sensor+
White to Ecu pin out for Sensor ground(earth)

This is how Bob Rawle told me to install mine:

- Red - 12v Live from the ecu live feed (most stable 12v feed)
- White - Signal Ground to ECU chassis (this also has a seperate wire going back to the -ve on the battery as part on my earthing mod
- Green - Signal from ECU
- Black - Ground to any good chassis point

Seemed to work fine...... doesn't anymore tho. Think i'll be giving BRD a ring for a new Lambda sensor .

I warned you I was a DIY muppet.How will I recognise 1)'the ECU live feed' and 2)'ECU signal'(for green)

You'd need a wiring diagram. Easy to find for the various classic ecus but you have a MY02 STi i think??????? Im not so sure where to find these but they must be on the internet some where.

Tone loc ... white and green are incorrect, you have it reversed.

****...... sorry. Just been out to the car to check and i've actually got it wired correctly just passed the info on wrong. I also have my black ground wire going to the ecu chassis bolt. Doh doh.
