Just spoken to Bailey regarding hesitancy on light throttle, He asked if i was running higher boost than standard, I am Around 16 Psi, He said to return the Valve & they would upgrade the spring for free, Anyone had this done & noticed an improvment. MY94 UK Turbo.

This is a common problem with the Bailey and other dump valves.
They need a stronger spring to keep them closed on light throttle, or when you stab the throttle, they suck in some unmetered air, which makes the engine run lean momentarily - hence the hesitation.

Anyone know if this could be the cause of a slight drop in boost between 4300rpm and 5200rpm. As this is quite noticable on a recent dyno I had done. (no drop in power tho )
