For anyone that's interested:
Curve as I got it straight off the rollers from PE last week.
Spec - MY02. APS exhaust (sports cat downpipe), Scoobysport up-pipe & ported headers, Samco intercooler hose, ITG panel filter.
Have got boost profile in delta dash for anyone truly interested.
Car goes very nicely, and as promised, it has improved in the few days since the rollers as the ECU learns its way in.
Guess I really should have put this in drivetrain

Hades...
I am as jealous as hell (no pun intended - honest guv).
Just wanted to say you have done some very tasteful mods, my cup of tea exactly... I hope to follow not to far into next year.
A great torque curve there, what its like to drive? I mean is it "that" different from stock? (i. e. a different car).
Did you consider APS top mount intercooler also?
Standard dump valve?
I will at some time mail you and bug you for a ride (when I get some time).
Enjoy it mate...

What turbo? Looks like my TD04s response, full torque by 3k and it starts to drop at 6k.
Much nicer build-up than mine though and significantly better torque across the board. Mine's a MY97 BTW.

Yep, standard TD04. Allegedly the bugeye one is a different part number and a bit better at holding boost into the top end, but I can't confirm that.
Standard dump valve, I know I'm in the minority but don't really want the whooshing from a VTA type. Not looking to do any more at the moment, but if I change my mind on that, the APS intercooler would probably be next: reduce the pressure drop and improve the cooling, then tweak the map to hold a little more boost, aim for 300bhp After that would probably need new injectors, fuel pump, turbo and full custom map to go much further.
Completely different to stock to drive. Starts to pull from much earlier, and it's now useful from 6-7k which it never really was before. Much fewer gear changes and use the torque to make decent progress, or extend it and it's massively quicker. Top gear is now fun, rather than the slightly limp effort (IMHO) as standard.
