i have the dawes very bright illumination i am happy with it

Just put mine in and it's waaaay cool! BTW I assume it's normal for the "rich" lights to flicker when you lift off even at low revs? I'm guessing it's momentarily overfuelling when the throttle is shut.

yep, mine does the same. Had a look at the dawes web site, and it says that the AFR can only give a sensible reading at WOT. All the rest is just disco fun.
