Question

Looks like i've talked myself into an Aquamist Water Injection kit ...DOH!

After speaking with Bob Rawle this morning it seems the best place is to insert the jets into the throttle bodies, anyone done this, got any installation tips / help?

Also where do you guys draw the water from? - i.e. Washer bottle, or something like a Forge tank in the boot?

Any help greatly appreciated as always

Toby, why dont you speak to Mark Aigin. Answered alot of questions for me, just i have not gone for it yet!

Most draw from tank in boot IIRC, but David Wallis has put me off that idea due to "slosh""slosh""slosh""slosh" as he goes round corners.

I will be looking at making a tank up that sits just behind the radiator near the battery, either that or a collapsable bag in the wing. Slosh slosh would drive me insane!

Hi Steven

Good plan Stan i'll drop him an email!

The only thing that puts me off as well with the boot mounted tank is that the Forge jobbies are meant to leak, i've heard horror stories about them...

Maybe get a Waterspray kit whilst i'm at it and t-piece the WI from the Waterspray kit bottle...hmmmmmm

Lightbulb

Why not
a) put baffles in the tank?
b) use several small tanks?
c) put bags in the forge tank so it doesn't leak?
d) ignore me and tell me to go away

Steve
