how much oil for a full change?

decided to upgrade the oil im using to castrol rs 10w 60, how much do i need for a full oil change?

From: 1600cc's of twin scroll fun :)

4.5ltrs for a full change, .5 ltr in the oil filter the rest in the engine.

aint that a bitch when castrol comes in 4 litre containers..... grrrr at having 2 buy 2
