Hi

I have recently bought a subaru impreza 2litre turbo, and im having trouble with driving it which aint amusing. Im 6ft 2 and having problems because its killing my right ancle every time i drive , got the seat fully back and the bottom cushion adjusted to what seems best but still no good.

I have spoken with a mechanic to see if there was anything he could do to raise or move the seat to help but he said the bottom of the seat is just too short and not supporting my legs enough so thats why its giving me trouble.

Was hoping someone could help me either you have heard of a similar problem or any ideas on other adjustments i can do to the drivers seat, would really appreciate any help as im new to these cars. thanks

 

I'm 6ft tall, well built chappie (too well built) , I have my seat as far back as possible, front of seat turned up to max hight and back to lowest setting. I drive average 100 miles a day and feel very comfortable with the seat in this way. Try it you might like it
