both back door seals are leaking between the door glass and the seal,its coming in in the top rear corner by the c post any ideas on any fixes would be appreciated

 

need to get the window guides adjusted to bring the top of the glass in more, but dont adjust too much or the glass wont take the pressure. Once the door trim is off, you will see which bolts are adjustable, but do in little steps, dont go mad with the spanner..
