hey guys, been having this problem for w hile now on and off and its driving me crazy !
Basically changed boost solenoid, no difference, actuator no difference, intercooler and boost came back to normal, didn't change plastic pipe though. Lasted for about 2 weeks went back to the same so I then fitted a K&N Induction kit great for about 2 weeks again....best it had been in fact.....now it back to the same....its boosting from the inlet manifold at 0.75 - 0.8 bar so thats about right I think. Could it be the plastic intercooler pipe I didn't change ?
Spark plugs or coil packs possibly ?

What are the symptoms? You don't make it clear!

 

Well power/boost seems to phase in and out no matter what gear some times power.boost starts at 5rpm then goes out then back at 6rpm then other times no power at all. then other times its fine but second gear power comes in at 5rpm not at 3rpm. Its just irractic power/boost....never the same !
