Ever since I've had the Scoob it's been run on normal unleaded with no probs at all. The other day I thought I'd give SUL a try.
Car now takes longer to start, lot of smoke from the exhaust on starting too. Is this normal or has my engine thrown a wobbly?
Cheers

It really dpends what scoob it is. All scoobs should be run on either SUL or Optimax. Maybe the SUL is cleaning crap out of your engine. Best thing to do is to fill up completely, reset the ecu (disconnect battery over night) and take the car for a long drive.

Cheers

Cheers m8
Problem seems to have sorted itself out now. Car def seems a bit more responsive. Just got to decide whether I want to pay the extra £4 every time I fill up??

Wink

Have a look at my post (Optimax) a bit further down before making a decision.
