Check the relay for the abs, sometimes it's gets dirty due to where
it's situated. Pull it out and give it a clean. This usally solves it.

From what i felt whilst in your car it did not feel as if it was working! you not got it sorted yet?

nice little quick check you can do is clean the faces of all the sensors and make sure they're fitted correctly. majority of (all makes) abs faults i see are due to dirty / loose sensors
