will ap clutch last a lot longer than standard clutch under normal driving conditions,ie not playing traffic light grandprix. well maybe sometimes.also how long does it take to fit new clutch?

To fit a clutch - if the person knows what they are doing...three hours.

AP clutch is good - have on in my car - however after 20k of mileage it is starting to suffer from judder.

There is an alternative with a much higher clamping pressure - not sure who makes it - but the price is competitive...

another vote for AP and get the flywheel lightened whilst you are at it

It is worth lightening the flywheel, but make sure that whoever fits a new clutch for you, DOESN'T, unless you have the flywheel skimmed first.
