Just called a Air con company regarding re-gassing my system and the smell of p1ss thats coming through my vents.

The guy was really helpful and stated that the smell is due to non-harmfull bacteria building up on the intake mainfold. He said that he could treat it but the spray costs £38 a bottle and the bacteria would just grow back anyway.

He advised just spraying normal household air freshener into the air intake with the fans on full blast. Anyone tried this and does it work???
