Well after careful consideration and telling myself no I have finally done it!!

Had Nitrous kit fitted and must say I am well impressed.. At the moment only running 25 Break jets but what a difference!!

The best part is the intake temp what a difference can be seen its like running your car on a cold day all the time when gas comes in...

Only prob I am faced with now is I have no Gas left as all used and have to wait until Tuesday for a refill.

So all that is left now is to put it too the test!!

Any of you guys tell me how to post pics and I will add pics asap

Nitrous Express is the kit fitted and a local company fitted the kit....
It didnt go straight to plan like as they had to make some adjustments to the way the Maf Sensor works!!
Was initially causing some boosting probs!

Is it a wet or dry system and do the jet(s) go into the intake manifold, air box or the hose prior to the throttle body?

You can change the pic size with picture software like Adobe Photoshop or the prg that comes with your scanner or something. Open the pic, click edit and resize to 50% all round.

Judging off pics it is exactly the same kind of setup just the shark nozzle is actually tapped into the intercooler instead of pipe work where it normally goes

Apparently works slightly better this way???

Which software are you using to post pics would love to know how to do it for future ref

just make sure the pics are less than 100k and try to reduce pics by 50% in size(height and width) so they fit in the BBs window.

The pug that that kit was on was naturally aspirated so no intercooler to fit to
I realised it was the same kit when you mentioned the makers name

EDIT : too many oo's in to

I think i found your problem, You have to post them in *.JPG format not *.BMP
looks like you had to compress them a hell of a lot to send them to me in BMP format but here goes, they may be tiny !!

I have also considered Nitrous, mainly as an anti lag system, as opposed to gaining more bhp.

Questions Please -

What size bottle do you use?
How is your Nitrous Switched? I.E, via a throttle pressure switch, dashboard switch or boost sensor?
How many miles roughly do you reckon you get on a tank of nitrous?
Do you have any figures for losses in temperature?

Thanks

.
I think you got the order mixed up there mate,
how many tanks to the mile
seriously tho,
The gas bottle is filled according to the weight of the gas
in WRXM and my case it's a 10lb fill costing 50squid.
activation is by two switches that both have to connect to make it work. One is on the dashboard somewhere which is the arming or priming switch and one micro switch is attached to the throttle pedal and only activates at WOT (wide open throttle).

Yeah thats about it mate

Arming switch to prime system is on dash and at the moment gas only comes in at wide open throttle..
Takes a bit of getting used to in order to know how to drive it like!!
Its a bit like second turbo kicking in...
Refill is £40 and 10ib bottle usually gives maybe 150 to 200 hits varies really...

I am looking to get bottle warmer to free the last bits of gas up and also help pressurize bottle...

Had a few probs with setting up... When gas was kicking in boost was rising and hitting boost limiter so had to install boost raiser kit.... Seems to work fine now... Will see if I can get some info together on temp drops
