could anyone help me please?
I have a 93/94 wrx jap import. My question is what is the top speed. And what is the max revs it should achieve?
Mine reaches 140mph and 7000rpm before it redlines. (German autobahn helped me prove it). Is this usual.
Also what would be the best way for me to improve my top end?

sounds about right, maybe even RA gearing.
The only way you are going to change it is to fit new diff wheels with different final drive ratios.
You might be able to get a whole box and diff combo on an exchange basis for about £500.
