gf told me, so i'm not too sure what to make of it? it was better when it warmed up a bit, bit felt like it was in the wrnog gear kinda of judder.

If it feels like clutch shuddering at low speeds when you've just started the car, then it's the common prob, so nowt can really be done.
Some advise that changing the sparks helps, but the problem returns soon after.
