I think if you heat them with a hairdrier they just pull off..

I have heard of people using piono wire too but I think the hairdrier is the best method..

I used a hairdryer then some fine twine, bit like dental floss.

Just 'sawed' through the adhesive pads and then used WD40 and a soft cloth to remove the residue.

Re-polish and admire

Good enough reason for any Scooby owner to remove it, make a bit of extra cash!

I remember when people used to remove their Skoda badges. Are Subarus really getting that bad?

I am not sure if I should say this! but I saw a Subaru mudflap laying in a carpark.. honest I didn't take it off a car.. and the badge on that is destined for the back on my trailer!

Sad....

Perhaps we should get the same as the S U B A R U on the back made up with S C O O B Y D O O or something?

lol! I've been trying to find some silver letters to spell out "SCOOBY" as it's the same number of letters etc. Had no luck so far though Any ideas anyone? Tryed all the obvious places.

Oh - and hairdryers are definalty best! If you can't get one to reach the car for any reason just boiled water has the same effect....

Thumbs up

I did this recently, used said hair drier method worked a treat they just pulled off. The sticky residue come off with a little rubbing from thumb or other digits. I would recommend alternating digits as used just both thumbs and ended up spending the next few weeks explaining to people why I had big blisters on the ends of both my thumbs..... Worth the pain though

I think it just smoothens and tidies the boot but thats just my opinion.
