Cool

Mine done this a week ago, it's brake related. It's usually down to low fluid level, but my light went out when i took the cap of the resevoir to have a look, then put it back on

Probably, but i was running almost metal on metal and the light stayed out. So i don't think it has anything to do with Disk/Pad life.

You'll have less fluid in the reservoir when your pads are worn, so the two things are vaguely related (unless you've topped up/replaced the fluid at some point of course).

The standard two pots don't have warnings on the pads other than the squeal indicators.. which are a little bit of metal that touches the disk when they get low... so you get a screech when you brake.. so must be the low fluid indicator.. either low fluid or the float is stuck like suggested already.
