Oh bu66er! After Elvington yesterday my mouth is watering
i dont know what to do next.
Currently
MY00 5dr
SS Downpipe
Magnex Centre
SS Backbox
Blitz Induction
Tek2
I did ask Tim W about the turbo and i am very interested, just have to think about things a bit more.
I also had a good conversation with Janey about suspension. She was pretty certain that it would make a big dif to the way mine drives. Nitos car looked well fine. Bit dumb here, just seen ad banner up top, is Nito Nitosport by any chance?
Think i might go suspension 1st?
Anyone any thoughts?
ps any contributions to SUP will be gladly received. (stevens upgrade program)

Cheers folks
David that sounds a logical step, but may take a while to get there what with having to fund for the kids etc...
Would you mind helping out if i get any of this stuff and struggle to fit?

Just emailed Tim W (top bloke) for the UP PIPE
Sent cheque to Mark Aigin (another top bloke)for uprated Fuel Pump.
Paid Jamie Whitfield (another top bloke) for Samco hoses, JWR Quickshift, JWR gearknob and APS Dumpvalve.
Hehehehehehe.........loads of goodies coming just dont tell the wife.
Just got to start saving for the uprated brakes, turbo, fmic, etc...

LOL at Trout
Can just imagine your missus standing in 6" of water, in an inspection pit, in a darkened garage, calmly calling you to please come out and explain something

Trout do the pit in the garage or build it high enough, i have just demolished my wooden garge complete with pit 6ft deep it was, the bloke was massive!, whilst building the new one i contemplated leaving the pit but decided to fill it in for the kids sake. Regret it now. Though i can still use father in laws or my mates at the local rover garage on sundays.(also get to use his mechanics tools
Nearly, oh so nearly bought a aps induction kit and fmic but felt the wife looking over my shoulder,(i was in leeds she was in York) strange what powers they have
Anyway i shall leave that as the winter project
David you had better get your car finished asap cause mine will be coming round soon for some Wallis magic
Pavlo, you not answered the question yet!!

oh yeah... and My garage holds two cars, whats the problem?? no problem with the wallis magic.. but Im a bit worried about this 'magic' after what you said about me in the other thread - but no probs aslong as you take me out for a spin after! - I miss the sound of scoobs..
Incidently I dont think you would pass building regs with a pit.. But you could cheat and dig the hole and then cough.. somehow err lay some wooden joists over it.. then but paving slabs over these and then a thin skim of concrete and remove when they approve it.. But not a chance whilst kids are around.. better off building a high roof and getting a two post ramp!

Sorry david, nothing strange about the "magic" comment, just think you are a pretty talented chap to be doing that to your car, never mind what you doing to the ecu etc.
No probs on taking for a spin.
Def prefer the ramp idea in the garage. Someone told me the wall of an inspection pit must be a foot thick for whatever reason.
Did not need planning permission or building regs as it is more than 5 meters from the house, less than 4m high(just 10cm), and less than 28 square meters.
