Has ne 1 got 1 of these fitted? as above,and do they work OK.

just want to know b 4 i spend the £100 on it.

will it give me any more BHP?

Well it does fit, and allow adjustment of the fuel pressure...but extra power?? That depends in the car, and how the fuel pressure/mixture was, and whether it actually required adjustment in the first place.

Its my98
pretty standard apart from the norm exhaust de-cat,itg.
i thought it look an easy way 2 get a bit more power easly and cheap but if its no good for stanard ISH car then,iam not going to bother save the money 4 my down pipes

I'm not sure that you will get much increase in fuel pressure with the standard pump, might be worth gettin that first....
