I'd like to see some compressor maps for a vf29 turbo.

I've fitted one to my MY02 WRX (your MY01), and right now I'm running approx 1.25bar up to about 5500rpms, tapering down to 1.05 bar at 7200 rpms. I'd just like to know if I can push it a bit more, or if I'm pushing too hard already.

This is with full standalone engine management, big fuel system, full exhaust, etc.

Thanks!

I am talking to a big IHI distributor that buys direct from IHI Japan and even they aren't given any compressor MAPs. So let it rest and use dyno charts to determine which VF turbo suits you best :-) I will start distributing the turbos to any "vendor" or "entrepreneurs" who are interested in importing volume qty. Email info@janshim.com for more information.

Thanks John,

I replied to the thread you posted those maps to asking for a 29 map...

Guess I'll just play it by ear
