My Intercooler water spray is not working- in automatic or manual mode - on a MY98 WRX STI Type R.

Connected the pump to 12v direct and it squirts water just fine.

Don't seem to be getting any voltage in the wiring - all fuses are ok.

Where is the most likely place that the wirings busted ??

If I need to, how do I remove switch block from dashboard... right of steering wheel ?
